Are these treats available for everyone to eat, regardless of health or diet program you are following?


Yes. Because our treats are gluten and sugar free, low carb and low saturated fats, they make a perfect addition to any diet plan you are following. Please use cautiion when reading the ingredients for food allergies.




Are these treats compatible with a ketogenic diet?


Yes. Most of our treats are keto and paleo friendly




What is monk fruit and erythritol?


Monk fruit is an all natural, zero calorie sweetener derived from a small round fruit in the gourd family also know as Luo Han Guo. It is a known antioxident and has zero effects on blood sugar. Erythritol is a natural calorie-free sweetener made by mashing and fermenting natural sugars found if fruits. The fermentation process removes any sugars from the sweetener, therefore also having zero effects on blood sugar




Why not use coconut oil?


While there are mixed reviews about coconut oil, it is a saturated fat that is not compatible for many individuals. Long term use of saturated fats may have an impact on liver, gall bladder, heart health and cholesterol




How do I store my treats?


We do not use any preservatives, therefore the treats can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for 3 days; in the refrigerator for 7 days or in the freezer for 60 days.




Are your treats certified gluten free?


While we use zero gluten in our products, we do bake in a commercial kitchen where other bakers may use gluten




What is the return policy?


All of our products are baked to order. We do not store, freeze or prebake any of our treats. Therefore they are not returnable. However, if there is a problem with your order our team will be available to ensure you are completely satisfied.




What does net carbs mean?


When calculating net carbs, you subtract any fiber and sugar alcohol listed on the label from the total carbohydrate which will give you your net carbs.
